Holland Road Shopping Centre
Though the building is very old and in dire need of refurbishing, it is still a favourite haunt for both locals and expatriates. Shoppers come here to look for arts and crafts, clothes, shoes, antiques, furniture, curios, etc. Others come here to pamper their body with nail care, body care and massage. The rental of the shops here is between $25psf-$40psf. They are typically between 150-300sf in size. Shops on the 2nd floor is about $5psf more than those on the 3rd floor.

Lorong Mambong
This is the prime section of Holland Village. Most of the restaurants are along this stretch of road. For security reason, it is closed every evening from 6.30pm till 4am.
In the evening and on weekends, the end of the one-way Lorong Mambong comes alive as clubbers rendezvous at bars and pubs such as Wala Wala, Tango's, Raku, Baden Baden and Siem Reap.
Ground floor shops here command premium rental of $13psf onwards. Sizes are generally between 1,300-1,700sf.
Those on the second floor have a mix of hair saloons, slimming centres, medical centre, spas, etc. Rental is from $5,500.

Holland Avenue
The shop row facing Holland Avenue (next to a tiny parking lot) consists mainly of banks (eg. Maybank, DBS, HSBC and Standard Chartered), fast food chains, cafes and a few restaurants. A 3000sf 2-storey shop is now expected to fetch a monthly rental of more than $20,000. |

Lorong Liput
The short stretch of Lorong Liput has a number of coffee shops (Holland Village Food Court, Yee Cheong Yuen Noodle Restaurant & Katong Laksa), cafes (Provence, Subway, Cafe Rosso & OA Bakery), hair salons, pet shops, nail spa, physiotherapy and electronic shop.
To rent a shop here on the ground floor, be prepared to pay from $10psf up. Those on the 2nd floor are about $5psf. |

Holland V Mall
At the newer double-storey Holland V Mall, there are only limited number of shops. Rental here goes for about $30psf. Typical size of shops is between 150-300sf. The human traffic is not as heavy as those of its older counterpart. The anchor tenant here is BreadTalk on the ground floor. There is also the Windmill Food Court. |

Chip Bee Gardens
Chip Bee Gardens is the original expatriate enclave at Holland Village. The terrace houses here were built originally for the British soldiers in the 60s. Though it seems dislocated from the present day epicentre of Holland Village (Lorong Liput and Lorong Mambong), it still remains extremely popular with expatriates, especially to dine and wine in the row of classy restaurants along Jalan Merah Saga, such as Original Sin, Michelangelo, Sistina, Dao Paolo Terrazza Italian Restaurant and Au Petit Salut French Restaurant. Many of these restaurants have been around for a long time and look set to stay.
The shops here are under the Jurong Town Corporation (JTC). Quite a number of studio galleries and training centres have found their way here into block 43 recently. |
