The INSEAD campus is located at 1 Ayer Rajah Avenue, near the junction of North Bouna Vista Road and Dover Road. Biopolis is only slightly further up along North Bouna Vista Road, behind the Ministry of Education and across from the Bouna Vista MRT station.
The nearest condominiums to INSEAD and Biopolis are the Heritage View and Dover Parkview, both located along Dover Rise. They are about 10 min walk to INSEAD and 15-20 min walk to Biopolis. The Buona Vista MRT Station is less than 10 minutes walk away while Holland Village is less than 5 minutes drive away.
The One-North Residences is the newest kid on the block. With lush greenery, beautiful landscaping, nice facilities and in-house shops, it will be a very popular choice for INSEAD students and those working in Biopolis, NUH, NUS and Science Park.

| Rental rates at Heritage View and Dover Parkview are both quite comparable with a 2 bedroom apartment now fetching between $2,800-3,200 and a 3 bedroom apartment between $4,000-$4,500. Some nicer apartments are fetching even higher rental. For short term lease do expect to pay an extra premium. Generally Heritage View is more popular because it's newer. |

HOLLAND VILLAGE
Other housing options include condominiums nearer Holland Village, such as The Merasaga, Warna Court and Leedon 2. Bus service 95 is only about 5-10 min bus ride away, though it may take about 10-20 min waiting time. The main advantage of staying in the vicinity of Holland Village is the convenience of the amenities, services, shopping and eateries. It offers an excellent place to unwind after a long day of study, research or work.
If budget is a major consideration, opt for HDB flats at Holland Drive, Dover Road or Ghim Moh, with rental starting from $1,800 onwards. However, be ready to lower your expectations when living in a HDB flat.

PASIR PANJANG
Pasir Panjang is a quite exclusive residential area that is not too far from INSEAD, with a direct bus service 200. Housing here generally is slightly cheaper. Amenities are found mainly at the Pasir Panjang Village, which include supermarket, restaurants and pubs.
For short term housing, which is the typical needs of INSEAD students, Royal Palm Mansions can be rented for as short as 1 month. It include a once-a-week general cleaning and change of linens. |
