He kindly welcomed me to come to Singapore and asked how he can help me to find a suitable place to live. With the exchange of several e-mails, I had a rough idea what I can get with my budget. Danny promised me that he would identify a few places for me to view immediately after I arrive. He did so! Two days after I arrive, he drove to pick me up to view three places. I liked all of them and chose the third one simply because it is a bit closer to my office (10-minute walk or 5-minute bus). The price for my apartment is actually lower than my original budget, but  I do get what I wanted ! Danny has not only negotiated a good price for me and organized all paper works for the lease, but also arranged the transfer of gas, electricity and water utilities. He has made everything so easy for me !  He is honest, sincere and very knowledgeable (you can ask him anything about Singapore). I really enjoyed his services and would recommend him to any new comers.
